ORDER PROCESSING
all BBJ belts are custom made and can take up to 4weeks to made pre-orders can take longer to process before shipping and we aim for the product to be despatched on the next working day after being made if for any reason we are out of stock on a particular buckle it may take longer - in this case we will inform you and make you aware of the delay and timescale for delivery.
TERMS & CONDITIONS ON PRE-ORDERING ITEMS.
PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out from our physical/online shop.
Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance which requires a down payment from a client interested in procuring the said item/product.
Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Orders.
UK DELIVERIES
Your belts by jas product will be sent to you by DPD Tracked delivery. If you need your purchase quicker then please let us know - there will be additional postal charges if the product is required next day - but we will let you know if this can be achieved and what the cost is prior to agreeing to order.
If you have ordered a item from the website and have not received after 7 days, then please contact us and we can check records with Royal Mail and investigate any issues. If we have the postal record and proof of posting to your postcode, then we cannot be held liable for non-receipt of goods.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For deliveries to other International countries belts by jas uses DPD Tracked Airmail. You should normally allow 5-7 days transit time, though at peak periods such as Christmas this may take longer. Any duty, VAT, Fees and Charges etc levied by the receiving country/delivery service are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that we are NOT VAT registered
"We cannot be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Once your parcel had been handed to the courier, it is their responsibility to deliver your parcel. We are not responsible to claim the lost, damaged or stolen parcels for you however we will do our best to provide you with relevant information for you to make the claim directly .
